Ordered products can be returned to us within 14 days. We offer you the opportunity to choose a replacement product, a voucher or a refund. Do you want to return a product? Then please follow the steps applicable to your situation.
Steps for returning and exchanging.
- Download the withdrawal form here.
- Print the form and fill it in completely, this will enable us to process your return request as quickly as possible.
- Place the completed form together with the item(s) that you wish to return to us in an envelope.
- Please send the return package to the following address:

- Ensure your own address is no longer visible on the original packaging and that the return package has sufficient postage.
- The package can be returned to us via the post office.
- A confirmation mail will be sent to you as soon as we have received the return package. This will contain information on the next steps.
Conditions for returning
The buyer bears the risk if the return package is misplaced. The following conditions are applicable:
- The product must be returned within the approval period of 14 days. This period starts the day after you receive your item.
- The item must, as is reasonably possible, be in its original condition and original packaging.
- Only the purchase sum will be deposited on your bank account. We do not refund the return fee.
Not all products can be returned. The following products do not fall under the reflection period:
- Items that through no fault of ours are damaged or incomplete.
- Items where the packaging is missing or (severely) damaged.
